I'm the CEO/Manager of NSP Youth, Inc. aka Non-Stop Production. Now in its 25th year, NSP is a multi-media and youth talent development program. I am also a musician, artist, writer and producer, so I use my talent abroad to help others. I have 25 years experience in photography. Most of my main work I often travel with for displays. I am a people-person, so I am very compassionate about my work and who I work with so we can have photos done in a timely and professional manner.
My photo career started when I was 12, and my first photojournalism assignment was documenting the Weeksville Society under the directorship of the late great Joan Maynard. I have covered every area from sports, weddings, modeling, concerts, and so on.
I will not say that I'm the best. I believe I still have a lot of growing to do. By 2005, I'd switched from using film to going digital, which was a hard decision. I still love old-school photography, with manual focus, SLRs, printing with the different chemical trays, etc. Most of you new-school picture-takers don't know about all that. ;-)
Though my focus is around kids and education, my photo services is open for anyone. The NSP website has a gallery of my best work from the last 20+ years. As I continue to expand our youth division, I'm looking into traveling into Jersey City, York, PA, and the Baltimore, MD areas in the near future (I accept invitations, too!)
I'm available for hire any day of the week, primarily in the late afternoons and evenings. My fees are flexible and are listed on the NSP site. If you an up and coming artist, and need management, we're willing to work with you. Just drop me a line, and let's talk.
Till we meet!
Wayne Winston, CEO/Manager
