Sobai Games is looking for local voice actors for our current project. We are in need of 3 male voices and 1 female voice. There is no requirement for experience. The story is set in the early 1900's.
2. Available Roles
Role: Male 1, early 50's, Father, world traveler, scholar and showman. He is small celebrity within certain circles, mostly due to his adventures and discoveries that have appeared in newsprints throughout the country. He teaches at the local university as well as runs a business with a partner.
Role: Male 2, 40's, Dock Worker #1
Role: Male 3, 30's, Dock Worker #2 (clean cut)
Role: Female, early 20's, beautiful young woman, who is independent and head strong far beyond her time. She has just returned from a trip in Europe, arriving early because she was summoned by her father.
3. What's required to try out?
We are looking for local voice actors in the Puget Sound area. You will need a digital recorder (computer microphone or cell phone). We prefer you to record in mp3 format. You will be required to record a few lines from a script we provide to you via e-mail, depending on the character you feel you could play best. You may include links to one or two of your previous voice acting roles. (This is optional; no experience is required, however having some may be an advantage for you.) Have fun, and enjoy yourself as you prepare your samples.
