Jake Anderson is a 12 year old from a small town in Ohio. His friends are always asking him to "make us laugh Jake", which inspires him on to become an actor. His roles on stage have included playing a Street Urchin in "Ebenezer - The Musical", Chip in "Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Edmund in "Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe, and Buster for "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof". Jake has also shot 2 commercials for the central Ohio and upper West Virginia areas. Most recently, Jake has been cast as the lead child in 2 independent films being done in central Ohio this summer. Realizing that everything you learn in life gives you a new skill to take with you to the world of acting has made him all the more enthusiastic to try and do lots of new things. Although only in the 7th grade at a small rural school in central Ohio, Jake has dreams of moving to the big city one day.
Although Jake did not get a personal award for his part in CCT's "Ebenezer", the musical (in which he had many lines, sang, and danced in) won Columbus Ohio's 2004 award for Best Theatrical Musical.
Audience Appreciation Award - for the role of Edmund in "Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe", Circleville, OH 2006

Jake loves climbing trees, skateboarding with his buddies, and being outdoors just being a kid. Isn't that what all little boys like to do? He also enjoys playing football, bowling, and being a baseball pitcher and catcher. His favorite things to decorate his room with are dragons and lizzards, and he owns a Leopard Gecko for a pet. He loves spending time with his friends, learning new flips and jumps on the trampoline, riding roller coasters that turn upside down, and trying to beat his brother at Nintendo games. He loves camping and fishing cause it allows him to get his hands dirty! Most recently, Jake is really into DANCE LESSONS!
I listen, pay attention, and take direction well.
I love to act, sing, dance, and make people smile.
I'm not afraid to try new things, no matter how scarey they look.
I don't like being late to any of my modeling or theatre work, or to football practice either!
I have great manners when working with other cast members.
